In using any service at Suzie McIntosh Brow Specialists, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

Payments of Service(s)

The following are all acceptable methods of payment.

  • Cash

  • Visa Debit/Credit Card/ Stripe

  • AfterPay

  • ZipPay

Our terms are payment of a booking fee prior to commencing service(s).

Prices listed on this website are as stated and may be higher based on individual artists skill and experience.

Please see below section regarding booking fees.

A payment surcharge of 0.85% applies to all EFTPOS and Credit Card payments made in store and over the phone.

 

Booking Fees/Deposits

Suzie McIntosh Brows is a prepaid salon. As we are a busy salon generally booked ‘back-to-back’, we do require a booking fee to secure your appointment. If your Booking Fee is not received prior to your appointment, we will not tentatively hold the booking. The amount paid in your Booking Fee will be deducted from your total on the day.

All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.

Deposits that cannot be redeemed as intended will be transferred into in store credit and will accordingly have an expiration date.

 

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refund of Service(s)

We reserve your appointments especially for you and so we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment.

Please read this section carefully before making a payment, either online, via email, over the phone and in person.

If you need to reschedule ANY appointment during closed hours, please direct all communication via email only to bookings@suziemcintosh.com, this way we have time stamp to work with. Please do not leave us a voicemail.

“No Shows” for any appointments will result in loss of deposit and will not be rescheduled for future services.

  • Rescheduling / making changes 14* business days or more before appointment

NO FEE

  • Rescheduling / making changes within 14* business days of appointment

$199 RESCHEDULING FEE (a medical certificate may be requested)

Cancellations at any time; Suzie McIntosh Brow Specialists do not refund any service(s). Once you have paid a deposit, you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds shall be offered for change of mind, where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

All requests for changes and rescheduling must be made via email, NOT via voicemail

*Note: 'business day' means:

For Services, any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public or bank holiday in the city that is the subject of the relevant booking. (Melbourne and NSW)

Please note: All NEW Brow Tattoo’s are inclusive of 2 appointments. Second appointments (also known as ‘touch-up’ appointments) must be completed no more than 12 weeks post initial appointment unless otherwise discussed with staff via email. Rescheduling a ‘touch-up’ appointment may result in your new date falling outside of these 12 weeks. If so, a Colour Booster fee will incur. Please discuss this with staff upon booking if you require assistance with this.

 

BROW SCULPTS, LAMINATIONS, LASH LIFTS

AND TATTOO FADING

  • Rescheduling 48 hours or more before appointment

NO FEE

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment

BOOKING FEE PAID WILL BE FORFEITED

Cancellations at any time; Suzie McIntosh Brow Specialists do not refund any service(s). Once you have paid a deposit, you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds shall be offered for change of mind, where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

 

Child Safety Policy / Guests

As much as we love children, we hope you can understand that we can not assure their safety in our salon. We also do not want to compromise the quality of your service. We ask that you attend your appointment alone.

We limit our treatment rooms for the client and staff only. If you do require to bring a guest with you to the appointment, they are more than welcome to wait in our waiting room until the duration of your appointment is completed.

 

Gift Cards / Gift Certificates

Gift cards purchased at Suzie McIntosh Brow Specialists are to be used within 3 (three) years from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For gift certificates valued over $500; when using these, a deposit of $250 is required from the individual utilising the certificate. This acts a security payment towards your appointment in order for us to book you in. This $250 is refunded to you on the date of your appointment.

 

Reminder Service

We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent out to you 4 days prior to your appointment. We ask that you reply ‘Yes’ to confirm your appointment.

Suzie McIntosh Brows reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.

 

Running Late To Your Appointment

We request that all clients come at least 10-15 minutes prior to their cosmetic tattoo appointment or 5 minutes to any brow sculpting or lash lifting appointments.

If you are running late, please do let us know and we will do everything we can to try and accomodate, however, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late as we are always booked back-to-back and cannot compromise our next clients appointment. Being over 15 mins late will result in losing your booking fee.

Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
